Safari cannot be opened because of a problem - Fix ?

Sorry if this is the wrong section but I am geting a Safari can not load as it has a problem' box showing now since a re-install of Lion

This is the reason in the report :-

Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/Accounts.framework/Versions/A/Accounts
Referenced from: /System/Library/StagedFrameworks/Safari/Safari.framework/Safari
Reason: image not found


I removed all traces of Safari with the terminal and then re-installed 5.1.7 again but although it installs fine it wil not load now

Anyone know what to fo for a fix ?
