My goal is to downgrade TV to basics or cancel it completely in exchange for streaming.
I found some good UK and other EU TV programming in quite good 720p quality.
However I have issues with insanely high volume levels of some ads so you need to have a remote in hand all the time.
I am using MacMini 2011, HDMI to TV, using digital sound through my receiver.
So is there any way to normalize audio level using some MacOS app, any browsers plug-in, external sound box or even WinOS app to limit this non-sense audio blasting?
I posted same request in other ATV forum - but I got no response. I hope somebody can help here...
