I'm looking at a 2007 mini on Craigslist for use as a iTunes home sharing server since my iMac is filling up. Seller says video chip is gone, diagnosed at apple store, meaning logic board replacement, buy a new one for the same price. Is it possible to boot to safe mode for basic video so I could create the settings for home sharing and vnc. Once I have the basic settings use vnc to access and work with. Just needed as a file server for apple tv and music.
Thanks for your time, John |

SC | You are 100% right. Do not look for problems. |
