Mountain Lion on mid 2007 mini?

Apparently ML won't run on my mid 2007 mini But it might using something similar to this: http://www.j4mie.co.uk/blog/how-to-install-mountain-lion-on-macpro11/ ? Any opinions?

Ive been trying to find out how to get this on my self.

I got a mac mini.. Updated firmware and processor running a 2g C2D with 4g ram.. I have seen the work around for these now to run lion.. But will we be able to do the same for ML will we need lion on first.

Hope someone will know the answer.
