There isn't a huge difference when it comes to computers with dedicated graphics cards. However there is a substantial difference when it comes to systems that rely entirely on the Intel integrated graphics.
That being said the BUS speed is 1600MHz on current Mac with the Ivy Bridge processors vs. 1333MHz Sandy Bridge machines.
The Sandy Bridge processors have the intel HD 3000 graphics chipset.

The Ivy Bridge processors have the Intel HD 4000 graphics chipset.
