In Bean? I don't think you can. Bean is supposed to a fast editor not a do everything editor. I use Bean a lot, never seen any password items built into Bean itself. If you want a feature like that you'll need to use Word or perhaps Pages, not Bean.

Thanks, I'll just use Pages for password protecting documents, it's really easy.....
