I don't know of anything. Which Mini do you have, somebody else might have an idea or two.

Current lowest spec, arrives on Monday, was wondering what options I have over the standard PSU?

I think there's a clue in Rosso reply Marv. He doesn't yet have it.

I have the older mini with the separate PSU and it silent, even the mini is silent. It along with my iMac are the quietest computers I've ever owned. My main noise issues are with my NAS drives and Drobo they are noisey as hell with 5 drives in the drobo, 4 in one NAS and 2 drives in the other.
Your new Mini I think has an internal PSU mine is the old cable brick style so its well away from the Mini. The only noise from your mini is likely to be the harddrive and if its gets hot the fan kicking up, I rarely if ever notice them on mine.
