Apple has released the Aperture 3.3.1 Update via their Mac App Store, Software Update Utility and website for direct download. According to the company, this minor update fixes an issue that in rare cases could cause Aperture to hang or quit unexpectedly when upgrading libraries. The Aperture 3.3.1 Update weighs in at 528.37MB and requires Mac OS X 10.7.4 or later.

I was going to buy Aperture, but Adobe made Lightroom part of Adobe Cloud this week - so might as well take advantage of that if I'm already paying for the subscription.
