Does anyone have any suggestions on a good handheld combo presentation remote control and overhead laser pointer that can do PowerPoint, Keynote and iPhoto slideshows on a Mac?

Check out this one. I haven't used it, but my store sells them without getting any complaints. I suggest you read some reviews on it.
