Help needed planning Network

Hi,

I have an old Win/XP box out in my shop which has a wireless card. I want to establish a wireless network using an AirportExpress to run a stereo system in the shop.

My question is this: Can I use the AEX to create the wifi network, and have the PC connect to that network and then stream iTunes music to speakers connected to the AEX?

I have been unsuccessful figuring out how to make the PC set up a wireless network itself, so the AEX could connect to that, therefore I wondered if the AEX can both establish the network, and receive music from the PC.

I am using this project as an excuse to get a new AirportExtreme for my home network, and to repurpose my current AEX to the shop network.
