Mac Mini Server No Internet

I recently upgraded my cisco router to a 2tb time capsule. All my other apple equipment links just fine to the Internet via the time capsule, but unfortunately my Mac Mini Server does not know connect to the Internet. I have tried setting the time capsule up via Airport again and although the mac mini is showing as connected to the time capsule via a wireless connection you still can't get on the Internet keeps giving a message of server connection not found. What can I do to resolve this problem

Question does your time capsule have wifi built into it and does your time capsule work as a airport router
