Best Handbrake settings?

What would the best Handbrake settings be for the Mac mini, Apple TV 3 and new iPad? I mean, one rip to use across all three devices. Thanks in advance! I'm a big fan of this site and forum.

Depends on your graphics card in the mini depends on 1080p support
