Upgrade to Hitachi Travelstar Z7K500 2 units for RAID 0

I need power in my new mini i have install in the mini a hitachi 200 gb 7200 but i need power average.
SSD is the best but is very expensive for me.

Is a good idea a raid 0 with two of this unit? Can i ?

this unit is only 7 mm, more small, antique units is 9 mm

Can work RAID 0 ON the new mini 2011?

work the raid with the OBDC cable?

Is fast ?
