Apps similar to Instagram??

Hey guys, I am using Instagram on my iPhone, and have been using the HECK out of the vignette and tilt-shift focus modes. I've been looking for a similar app for my mini, but to no avail! The ones in the app store seem to have some of the features, but not all. Specifically, with the Instagram app, you can move the vignette area to anywhere on the photo; most apps are fixed right in the middle. You can also adjust the thickness of the tilt-shift feature, other apps can't do this.
Does anyone know of an app that offers this? Preferably one that is under $15!! Thanks in advance...
