I love that popped collar!
I'm not aware of anything like that for OS X, but I imagine that there might be an iMovie filter that could be something similar.

Dang, it might have to re-install Windows for Boot Camp. I have absolutely no experience with iMovie filters. I was hoping there might be a standalone app out there.
