Program to control Mac Mini with PC over LAN

Hi Everyone,

What is the best program that will allow me to remote into my Mac Mini and control it from a PC?

In the future a bit of friendly advice: " The more information you give, the better chance you have at help."
Meaning, what is your current setup/OS/connection with the mac and the pc. Do you have physical access to both machines? And what exactly are you trying to control and/or accomplish. Being that you have given a broad question, I will give you some broad options to do some homework on.
