Multiple remote sessions on a Mac Mini using windows XP

Hi

I'm new to Macs and have never used one before. I have a team of programmers that are very comfortable with windows. We're about to dive into iPhone app development using appcelerator. I don't want to shift my team over to a mac simply because of lot of the softwares they use are best run on windows. Running a dual OS(OSx+Windows) on a Mac is not an option as of right now.

We're planning on getting a Mac Mini (2.5ghz, i5, 4gb Ram). I want to add it to the network and have the programmers (4 as of now) simultaneously login via the network. They would need to run an actual session, code, test and deploy apps using Xcode.

Is this possible? If yes, how?
