Hi,
I have a 2009 3.1 2.0Ghz mini. I upgraded the ram years ago to 8GB but didn't upgrade the 120GB drive a the time.
I am looking at the 750GB Scorpio Black 7200rpm drive. Is this the largest I can go? Also, with it being 7200 rpm will I run into heat issues?
Once the hard drive is in, how do I get all of my content from the 120GB drive to it?
Thanks! |

The limit is PHYSICAL: make sure it's 9.5mm THICK, and not 12.5mm, as some large drives are. _________________ Martin at HeadSpin HD now on Blu-ray |

You shouldn't run into heat issues.
I like CCC or Carbon Copy Cloner
to copy (Clone) your current boot
Drive to your new one. _________________ 2011 Mac mini 2.7 GHz i7 with
