I got the mac mini few weeks ago and am happy with it. I need though to sort out my last problem.
I need the mac mini connected to my 22inch Monitor via hdmi so that I can use it for photo editing and other stuff related to the internet but need it as well connected to my 3D 120Hz projector via hdmi so that I can watch 2D and 3D movies. To get 3D I need 120Mhz output from windows 7 which already works when connected directly to the projector.
Since the mac mini has one output hdmi and a mini display port what do you think is the best output setup ?
1. Hdmi output to monitor and mini display port to hdmi for the projector ? (will this work and can I still get 120Hz output from the mac mini and windows 7 ? )
2. Using an HDMI cable that splits into 2 HDMI females but still same question persits if I would still be able to use 120Hz from mac mini to the projector output. |

Hey I'm kinda in the same boat. I need to use the Mac Mini to run ProPresenter on one monitor and output to a projector. Is there a good solution besides buying a thunderbolt display? They're ridiculously overpriced.
Thanks |

EDIT: I just found a Thunderbolt to DVI adapter. Is this legit? It's on Monoprice.
