Apple Updates Brother and Lexmark Printer Drivers

Apple has released updated Brother and Lexmark printer drivers via their Software Update Utility and website for direct download. According to the company, these updates include the latest Brother and Lexmark printing and scanning software for Mac OS X Lion and Snow Leopard. More information on the supported printers can be found here for both updates.

Lexmark drivers cool!!!
Who the heck has a brother printer anymore i haven't even seen anyone that sells them anymore. |

I would take a Brother over a Lexmark. Lexmark printers are pretty crappy with Linux and Brother does have support for linux. I do own an older Brother AIO without any issues.

Brother is pretty much all I use at home and its our new standard at work as well. We've got a combined 7 Brother printers, laser and ink and 4+ years old for a couple of them all running great.

FYI the new brother drivers have caused problems, others had the same issue. I've rolled back the driver and its working, but what a pain.
