I updated my iPad over the air and then updated my AirPort Extreme with my iPad using the new AirPort Utility app. I would say that we are truly in the post PC world now, but I'm still posting this from my Mac mini. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

I look at it more as using the right tool for the job.
Sometimes a crescent wrench will do, but a dedicated set of Snap-On sockets is hard to beat when serious work needs to be done.
Another good analogy is vehicles. Sometimes you can get the job done with an economy car, but often a truck is the way to go. In many cases a truck is overkill. |

Yeah, they are the right tools for the job. I just can't believe how nice of a job Apple is doing by integrating all this stuff together. Everything seems so well thought out at this point at cutting the cord. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

| I like the AirPort app for iOS better than the Mac version. At least when it comes to the ui and visual map of your network. |

| I've been having issues with playing audio from an iPad over to an AirPort Express. It keeps breaking up and sounds choppy. Almost like it's losing the wireless signal, which doesn't seem possible with full bars. I sincerely hope this update and iOS 5.0.1 help. |
