Exchange to iCloud

I could use some thoughts/advice and I respect the KB from the users here.

Right now I manage my business web host and email for about 25 staff, I'm the only one that uses an Exchange account. I've done this so I have access to my work emails from my iPhone as well as Outlook at home and at work. It's working great; calendar, email & contacts are all synced all the time.

Now with the iCloud I'm thinking I could move my email back to an IMAP account and push my calendar and contacts to iCloud to sync to all three devices.

About the only major thing I think I'd lose out on is the ability to send a calendar invite via Outlook to coworkers, but I think I'm the only one that uses that option to any extent so it's not a huge deal.

Thanks for any thoughts/advice you may have.
