But I have one question. Does anyone know the real performance differences between the 2.2 Quad core i7 and the 2.3 quad core i7?
If the only differences really are 100 mhz then I'll save my $250.

I would say meager, I was honestly more interested in the real estate increase with the screen and the anti-glare. Don't think the colors pop the same way, but the glare drives me nuts with some of the bright surroundings.
If your thoughts are to upgrade solely for the 0.1 bump, save your pennies.

I'm sticking with the 2.2ghz 15" but it gives the option to jump up to the 2.3. If it had a higher turbo boost capability, or larger L3 cache I'd consider it...but even then it might not be worth $250 US.
