I thinking about upgrade my Macmini 1.1 1.66 intel core duo. 2gb ram.
But i need some help, what can I do so it will preform better?
Is it possible to just buy new cpu t72/4/600 and just change it?
Can i but new graphic card?

Yes, you can just buy a new CPU. If you are not familiar with working with very small components, you should take to someone who is familiar with such things.

You will also need to get some parts before hand. Primarily the nylon nuts and bolts you will use to replace the nylon heatsink mounts.

You can not upgrade the graphics.

Nope. The mini's use laptop grade CPUs which are designed to handle higher temps than desktop CPUs. You should get one of the better fan management programs that are available that will allow the fan to run faster than the stock settings if you are gonna really push the CPU.

Oh, and I forgot! Replace the HDD with a fast one to see a speed up. Since OS X is a disk based OS, a fast drive will be of great benefit if this is a desktop computer.

Since my Intel mini is my HTPC I didn't need to upgrade the HDD, since it just has to play media.
