Front Row + DVDpedia plugin by para9.
EyeTV for TV.
Unfortunately, Apple decided to cancel Front Row for Lion, without any substitute (unless the rumors on a coming Apple TV become true). |

| Plex has an amazing interface, but version 9.3.4 keeps giving me issues with NAS. Might have to downgrade to v.9.1.x or try a different front end |

Plex, EyeTV with HDHomeRun (dual tuner) & FrontRow.
Plex can't play the DRM video files from Apple but the plugins, Plwz Apps and ability to access other installed applications makes Plex a great launch point for a Mac mini HTPC. Throw in a Logitech Harmony Remote and you're good to go. |

| I use Front Row, Plex, Hulu Desktop and EyeTV. Most of my time is spent in Plex. I mostly use front row as a launch point now days. |
