When I power up my early 2009 Mac Mini I get a "No bootable device" error. I read in a few places that this may mean a bad HDD. But when I upgraded to Snow Leopard (last year) I also upgraded the HDD and memory at the same time. So I re-installed the old Leopard HDD and I get the same issue. If this was a PC I would say the boot manager was borked, but its not a PC. I tried throwing my Leoperd DVD (the one that came with the Mac) and my Snow leopard DVD in there at start-up, but it keeps giving me the same error.
Thanks in advance |

| What happens if you start up while holding down the alt-option key? |
