Apple has released the iTunes 10.2.1 update via their Software Update utility and website for direct download. No specific information is provided about the update or what has changed since the iTunes 10.2 update released last week, but one would assume that it contains fixes for the soon to be released iOS 4.3 update. The iTunes 10.2.1 update weighs in at 75.61 MB and requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
