How to upgrade The game of life by hasbro interactive

I decided to post this because a lot of users wanted to upgrade the flash player for the game to support faster versions and more reliable versions of flash.

Here is what you do.

download flash player from adobe you need the dmg not the web based installer.

download pacifist for macintosh


1. install pacifist in your applications folder.

2. open the adobe flash player .pkg with pacifist.

3. find the flash player.plugin and drag to a temporary directory.

3. right click the game of life app and select show package contents.

open the folder contents

then the folder resources

inside resources you will notice theres a flash player plugin replace it with the new one and you have updated flash for the game of life.

thats it.
