I have been working my way through Mad Men to get ready for season 4 which Santa should be bring me. The video is fine but then suddenly the audio will skip and the video will increase speed to catch up.
It was happening on externals so I moved them to the internal drive and the same. The drives don't go to sleep and it only happens on 720p+ TV shows.
Any ideas?

which version and what formats? I've seen a few people report this on the Plex forum. Seems a few lucky souls have this issue.
Have you worked through all of the suggestions that are listed at the forum to deal with a/v sync issues?

It was happening on .mkv but was also happening on SD .avi yesterday too.

Not yet. I will have a look tomorrow. It hasn't happened since the update yesterday.
My set up was great for about 6 months and in the last month it has went to poop.
