i7 wantinessiness!

Hey guys I have a MBP (late 2008) and it is okay on a day to day basis but I hater the screen (too small). I always bought 17" macbooks until this one. I am considering the upgrade to a 17" for the screen and i7 for Aperture as it isn't fast.

Has anyone here played with the i7s in aperture yet?

I was never a fan of the 13", the screen wide was ok but height wise it was just way to squat, so I choose the 15" as a compromise between portability and screen size but I then had a larger screen at home (and work) which I could hook it up to to give me an extended desktop when needed. Have you thought about hooking up a second monitor.

Yeah, I have but I am planning to move country in the next year and I like surfing and editing on the couch.
