How do I use HandBrake with a file that I encrypted with DVD

I took the advice of a friend and downloaded DVD Shrink to take the copyright off of a movie so that I could convert it for my iPod using HandBrake. Well, it took off the copyright, but I couldn't figure out how to convert it using HandBrake. Could anybody give me a walk through on what to do?

Well, you can't remove the copyright, but if you try preripping with MakeMKV you can use Handbrake on that file.

You haven't specified what iPod you have, but I would guess the Apple Universal preset would work for it.
