This has to do with the video card and "multiples of 8" I'm using a different video card. The "multiples of 8" thing is weird and I don't fully understand it. *sorry*
Try these. I pulled these off another discussion on this same LCD TV.
Pixel Clock – 85.5
Horizontal:
Active – 1360 pixels
Front Porch – 64 pixels
Sync Width – 112 pixels
Back Porch – 256 pixels
Scan Rate – 47.712 kHz
Vertical:
Active – 768 lines
Front Porch – 3 lines
Sync Width – 6 lines
Back Porch – 18 lines
Scan Rate – 60.015 kHz
Positive sync unchecked for Horizontal.
Positive sync checked for Vertical.
Also once the resolution is installed and selected in Display Preferences, you have to check Overscan.
Here is yet another set that worked on the same model LCD with a Radeon graphics card.
Pixel Clock – 85.25
Horizontal:
Active – 1360 pixels
Front Porch – 128 pixels
Sync Width – 130 pixels
Back Porch – 174 pixels
Scan Rate – 47.573 kHz
Vertical:
Active – 768 lines
Front Porch – 2 lines
Sync Width – 6 lines
Back Porch – 19 lines
Scan Rate – 59.84 kHz
Positive sync checked for Horizontal.
Positive sync unchecked for Vertical. _________________ MacMini 2.0GHz C2D (2009)

I definitely get full res using the VGA input. I have the Exact same model Vizio as you. Unfortunately different graphics cards require slightly different settings while using SwitchResX. PITA. The first set I listed I used with my older mini. I haven't yet connected it to a newer mini. _________________ MacMini 2.0GHz C2D (2009)
