What is the proper method to add iTunes content into Boxee? Is there a direct connection or do I just 'share' the iTunes library as an SMB share and add that in?
All the metadata is already in iTunes via MetaX for the handbrake rips of my DVD's. Is Boxee going to go get it's own metadata?
I'm having a hard time combining my itunes and non itunes conent in Boxee. |

saw no one answered this yet...
I believe boxee will only play DRM free content. In other words, no AAC formats. Boxee generally cannot play itunes content due to this (neither can Plex). |

I find that having Boxee try to handle my iTunes content is redundant, since the ATV by itself already handles iTunes content. If you have content (movies, etc.) that are not iTunes compatible, I'd put them in a separate directory and point Boxee to it rather than trying to mash all the files into the iTunes file system.
Just my 2 cents. _________________ "Nothing unreal exists." - Spock
