For security reasons, my Mini is set to logout the user after 45 minutes of inactivity. Two related questions:
--The logout process wakes up the screen from sleep, so that it has to cycle again before returning to sleep. Any way to avoid this?
--Do the daily, weekly, and monthly cron jobs run in the background when the Mini is sitting in "logged out" mode? I can run Onyx or whatever if necessary but am just curious.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't think so. You might want to look at something like Macaroni if Onyx isn't working out.
