|
|
It's Saturday, November 7, 2009. I just turned on my AppleTV to watch a movie and got a message saying there's an update. I just updated to 3.0 when it came out. Does anyone know what this 3.0.1 is all about...? I went ahead and let it install but don't really see any visual changes as far as appearance. Must be some minor bug fixes. _________________ Mac Mini 2.0 Ghz

Sounds like somebody goofed big time in the newly released 3.0 and they had to rush this fix out before any bad press started on about missing video files... _________________ Retired: Altair 8800, PET, TI 99/4A, Apple II

I agree... Sounds like they didn't do enough testing before they released 3.0 _________________ Mac Mini 2.0 Ghz

I know and it takes forever to re-sync. Plus, the thing gets hotter than the sun. |

There is an issue with Apple TV software version 3.0 that can possibly cause your content to disappear after a period of time. 3.0.1 has actually made things worse for me,” says user laozi. “Now iTunes won’t see the AppleTV at all, and no combination of rebooting/resetting is helping. _________________ Terrestrial HD PVR |
