I'm going to be a papa again!
Actually, it was planned. My daughter has been doing much better with her chronic asthma over the last year, so we figured why not. All I can say now is: Please be a boy, please be a boy, please be a boy! |

| Thanks guys! I kind of dread those early years, but it's totally worth it in the long run. |

Congratulations!!!
You can celebrate retirement about the same time your soon to be born child graduates actually you might retire first
Jokes aside, this is great. I hope everything goes well and you do get a boy. It will be great to relive your youth again.
Best of luck

That's the same thing my dad said.
We actually broke the news to our family last night. My mother and mother-in-law had known we were trying, but it was still a HUGE surprise.

I am extremely concerned about the health of my wife, but she wants this really bad. It was also our last shot. She's two years younger than me, but the risks really start going up over age 40. |

BTW Papa reminds me of Lucky Louie
...especially that part where Louie locked Lucy in the closet for a timeout. |

Hey, thanks guys!
I didn't think of that Bandit.
SC, now don't go and give me any ideas related to Devo. That being said, it's better than what my father called me for years, i.e., shithead.
I really hope it's a boy deep down, but we are staying the dark when it comes to the sex of the baby. It's like one of the last surprises left in life. I mean, we are well past the stange of needing a room and everything ready. We'll just go with the flow. All we really care about it the health of the baby. |
