Mine says out for delivery, watching for the FedEX truck. The facility is near here in Melville, so it should be coming very soon.

don't feel bad all of mine are in the hands of the us post office shipped the 26th of aug.
This is not going to go well I can just feel it. Has anyone else gotten a notice that it was mailed?

I have not heard anything from Apple regarding the upgrade rebate disks. ...I did get the Family pack with my company discount at the Apple store for $43.66 w/tax. It's installing on my MacBook Pro right now, I have a presentation in about 2 hours and want to do in in Snow Leopard (watch me likely have an issue, lol)  |

My up-to-date just shipped. Still haven't received a tracking number yet (if I even get one). Delivery date is scheduled for Sept. 2nd. I guess I can keep reading reviews and such until then.

I received this afternoon from MacMall (paid $5 for overnight shipping). Unfortunately, the disk is no good! I tried to install twice and all ended up stopping at '1 hr and 27 min remaining ...'. I called Apple support and the person went to thoroughly check my mini (new 2009) with the original disk (10.5.6) and disk utility making sure my machine is good. Then tried the SL disk the 3rd time with the same failure to decide that the disk is defective. (they will send me a new one, but I'll miss SL for the weekend)
I was surprised this had happened and wonder if anyone had the same experience (receive a defective software from apple)? |

Actually you the first I came across with that problem and with a 2009 Mac mini like mine too. You be good when you get the replacement.

Same thing I'm doing. It's not really bad because you see everybody experiences. I been reading about the Aperture and Update yesterday for 2.1.4 that's 275MB which I believe for compatibility with Snow Leopard. Obviously Maya graphic isn't compatible but I didn't have the money or a Mac Pro for that anyways. Just watch and learn so when Tuesday comes around I be ready.
