Taco HTML Edit 2.5 Adds Component Library

Taco Software today announced released of Taco HTML Edit 2.5, an update to their HTML and PHP editor for Mac OS X. The big news with this release is the addition of a Component Library, which is comprised of 20 customizable items that can easily be inserted into HTML documents. This includes stuff like slideshows, pie charts, accordion controls, tabbed content and scrollable tables. The update also adds support for Snow Leopard, JavaScript code completion, preview and live preview for CSS and JavaScript documents, and live spellchecking in Mac OS X 10.5. Taco HTML Edit 2.5 is priced at $24.95 and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later. A free, 30-day trial is available.
