|
|
| I need to add files to a folder inside my system folder. Since I'm not super familiar with OS X I can't seem to do it. I'm currently logged in as admin yet it says I don't have permission to change the folder. The ownership and permissions are set to read only and I can't change that. Any help would be appreciated. |

Try to do it in Terminal in super user mode (sudo and then password or run the command after "su" and it'll ask for your super user password then too). _________________ Computer Engineer

Thanks for the repsonse. I've tried signing on as super user, but apparently that password is different than my admin user. I don't actually remember setting a super user password. Hmmm.
** UPDATE **
I've figured it out. Awesome worked like a charm. |
