| I need to add files to a folder inside my system folder. Since I'm not super familiar with OS X I can't seem to do it. I'm currently logged in as admin yet it says I don't have permission to change the folder. The ownership and permissions are set to read only and I can't change that. Any help would be appreciated. |

Try to do it in Terminal in super user mode (sudo and then password or run the command after "su" and it'll ask for your super user password then too).

Thanks for the repsonse. I've tried signing on as super user, but apparently that password is different than my admin user. I don't actually remember setting a super user password. Hmmm.
** UPDATE **
I've figured it out. Awesome worked like a charm. |
