When starting to download a movie from iTunes, it said "you can only play this on your Mac or PC". Does the 1-Gen iPod Touch not have the capability to play HD videos? I usually connect my iPod to my 'old' t.v. I will be upgrading to a 720p t.v. soon. Anyone have the 411 on this? Apples message left a lot to desire. Thanks. _________________ I'd rather be sailing - really!

| HD movies and TV shows won't play on the iPod touch. Plus, it's only good for 480i output. That's why they give you the SD version at the same time. Those are the only ones you can play on the iPod, iPod touch or iPhone. The HD version is basically for the Mac and Apple TV. It sounds like you are more of a candidate for using the Mac mini with your TV or buying an Apple TV. |
