So I am looking for some help finding an AppleScript that I can trigger from the calendar that will automatically force itunes to sync my iphone at predetermined intervals or at a specific time.

background/problem: so I have itunes pulling in podcasts every hour but my iphone only syncs when i plug it in - usually when i get home from work. so when i walk out the door at 8 am i only have the podcasts from last time i synced (usually 8pm the prior night)

can i do this via an applescript?
