I've just been into Currys Digital (UK consumer electronics chain) and had a look at the netbooks on display. The NC10 really stuck out, thanks to its keyboard - something that looks like you could actually type on it! Also, the screen was matte and very crisp.

Has anyone else had a look at one of these Sammy netbooks?

Sorry I don't have any info on the netbook JB but a google search shows you could run Leopard on it...

Here are a bunch of reviews for it. Looks to be a good netbook.

Thanks Fox. Google, eh? Hmmm, if only I'd thought of using that.... Embarassed

[Edit: The PCPro review was very encouraging: http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/234621/samsung-nc10.html ]

I will take a look, but my wife seems happy with her Acer netbook, although she's gone back to her MacBook Pro. Did I spend almost $400 neeedlessly?

anyway it's a good computer.

I handled one at a SILUG meeting and it was pretty nice, the keyboard is very nice and the build is sturdy too, but the price still seems high for it compared to a Wind or AAO 10".
