Our friends over at HTmini have pointed us to an interesting story. A Mac mini enthusiast has hooked his Mac mini up to a 7-inch LCD touchscreen. A Website written in German show’s the 7-inch touchscreen sitting on top of a Mac mini running OS X. The enthusiast hopes to use his Mac mini setup for a "high tech stereo system" and is shown controlling iTunes with his finger. Here’s a link for the 7-inch LCD Touchscreen Kit (approx. $350). .
