Titanium Software released OnyX 2.0 over the Christmas break, a major update of their popular maintenance, optimization and personalization utility for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard. Notable changes and improvements in this release include:
- Compiled with Xcode 3.1.2
- Deleting the applications Cache improved
- Deleting the Internet Cache improved
- Deleting the logs improved
- Confirm when closing multiple pages in Safari
- Rebuilding the dyld's shared cache in the Automation panel
- Rebuilding the Mail's Envelope Index in the Automation panel
- Default path to open the OnyX CrashReporter corrected
- Corrections in the translations
- Help improved
- Uninstaller updated
If that's not enough for you, the application was updated yesterday to version 2.0.1. It also brings a couple improvements and bug fixes to the table. So, it looks like the last few days have been pretty exciting on the OnyX application front. What do you think?
Oh yeah, OnyX 2.0.1 weighs in at 16.3MB and requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later.

| I got Cocktail in one of those software bundles a while ago, but I always come back to using OnyX when needed I really think it's one of the best maintenance tools out there. You can't beat the price either. |
