I just downloaded the Safari 3.2.1 standalone installer and it fixed it. Thanks!

Some of us are having a Loud Popping Sound when we restart or boot up. It has to do with external speakers & using analog (headphone) Jack. If you never shut your Mac down, you won't ever notice.
