Apple Releases QuickTime H.264 Compatibility Update

Apple has released a QuickTime H.264 Compatibility Update for QuickTime 7.5.5 via its Software Update utility and on the Web. According to the company, this update improves QuickTime compatibility with iChat. The QuickTime H.264 Compatibility Update weighs in at 3.3MB and requires Mac OS X 10.5.5 and QuickTime 7.5.5.

| It seems like iChat has been crashing out on me occasionally while video chatting. I hope this helps. |
