After upgrade to iPhone latest version, the iPhone screen got a mark on the left side of the screen (Please refer to the images). Anyhow it not effect other function on the iphone. Please help.

Are you sure that was caused by the upgrade? Looks like some type of physical damage. Possibly even moister between the glass and LCD, hard to tell from your pictures...
Turn the phone OFF, if that mark is still there, I'd say its some type of physical damage. If not, possibly a faulty LCD? Is the phone still under warranty? If so, just take it in...

Not caused by upgrade I think you got a bit of moisture in your iPhone or else your iPhone feel. Defo not cause by upgrade
