As some of you know, I'm a newbie to the Mac world. The transition has been fairly easy from the PC. But I have a question. I have .jpeg files on my desktop and in other folders. Is there any way to view those files as a thumbnail? All the picture files that are on the computer, have the Preview icon showing. Can someone please tell me how to have the thumbnails show as a picture and not the Preview icon. Thanks!

In Finder go to View > Show View Options and check Show icon preview.
