I can't wait to see the video. Steve came out and said the rumors of his death were greatly exaggerated. I'm also looking forward to the new iPhone software coming on Friday. _________________ 14" 1.25GHz G4 iBook (died)

- iTunes 8 has Genius Playlist creation.
- The 'fat' iPod classic has been axed for being fat, but the thin iPod classic lives.
- The Nano is now even thinner and has Genius Playlist creation.
- The iPod Touch is now thinner and has Genius Playlist creation.
But none of them has a simple bloody mic socket. Maybe Steve should play that line by The Jam: "The public wants what the public gets...." _________________ Intel Mini 2.0GHz C2D (4GB/120GB/SuperDrive/10.5.8 ), 120GB WD Passport, Logitech ergo k/b

They came out with some nice products, but I don't think these events are very fun anymore. There aren't any real surprises. Kevin Rose leaked most of this stuff out weeks ago. |

And this is a good thing. It means a much better chance of new Macs at the next event ... which isn't very far away. _________________ Mercury TiBook 400MHz, 1GB RAM, 120GB HD, Airport

I don't think there will be another event, but I'm going to say a week or two after the back to school iPod deal ends. Like maybe the last day of the month or so. That's a complete guess though. |

He'll get the iPod out of his wallet instead of out of his pocket. _________________ Mac mini 2010 (Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz/8 GiB)
