| I was hoping this would come out soon. I found the previous version to be pretty darn buggy. Hope this one works out better. |

The iPhone is all good, but my iPod touch keeps getting an error (19). It won't let me update. |

| Mine seems about the same. Backups even take as long as before. |

They can be painful to say the least. Especially if you update a bunch of applications from your iPhone. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

| Cool but mostly this seems to fix connection issues with the iphone and most likely is response to the iphone hack that someone released just a few days ago. |

I run my Phone unlocked and Jailbroke. Interestingly enough Apple did not change the baseband to relock the 1st gen iphones running v2.0. with this new update. It does destroy the jailbrake though. Maybe Apple has given up on the 1st gen. _________________ MacMini 2.0GHz C2D (2009)

What? Apple give up on the previous generation. Like that would never happen.
This time it might be for the good.
As for me, still waiting on my local AT&T store to get more in...

Perhaps, but I was actually thinking more on the lines of iPod software. They always seem to leave the previous generation back software wise when it could easily be upgraded. I guess that's how keep things (sales) going forward though. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

I never download and install applications directly from the iPhone. I always use iTunes and sync them. I'm finding things to run more smoothly that way. |
